COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install, run, and use this software ("Software") for any commercial or non-commercial project, application, or business purpose without limitation.

2. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS

The Software is licensed, not sold. This Software is proprietary, commercial software and is not open-source or free software. You expressly agree that you shall not:

  • Redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, rent, host, or otherwise transfer or share the Software (or any portion thereof) to any third party in any form.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
  • Include or package the Software into any other tool, SDK, framework, or library.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, copyright labels, or marks on the Software.

3. NO WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR OR COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
